My Zoom accounts are merged - How to correct merged Zoom Accounts

My Zoom Account and merged with another Zoom Account. How Do I Change the Email on My Account?

If trying to log in at minnstate.zoom.us and it is now working, you likely used their Normandale email account to create their free Zoom account.  If that is the case, you need to disassociate your Normandale email from that free(basic) account.  Directions on how to do so are below.

1. Log into the other instance of Zoom, (most likely the free zoom.us account) and disassociates your Normandale email address
