Why are some students not able to access my VoiceThread?

  • Students should automatically be logged into their VoiceThread accounts when clicking on the link in “Content” in D2L.  
  • If a student has multiple VoiceThread accounts, or if the link was not set up properly in “Content,” it may not work.  

  • Because this is an “LTI” (External Learning Tool), it depends upon a student’s email address in D2L in order to authenticate the student. 

  • Students are automatically signed on to their VoiceThread accounts via a link in the D2L Table of Contents. 

  • VoiceThread should not be used with Safari.
