How to Link files from Office 365 OneDrive into an HTML file in D2L Brightspace (such as a Discussion board)
Step 1:
Sign in
to
Office 365
from your course homepage.
Username:
[YourStarID]@go.minnstate.edu
Password:
Your StarID password
Step 2: Navigate to your
OneDrive
folder
Step 3: From your OneDrive, select the
file
you wish to link in D2L
Step 4: From the top of the page Select “
Copy link
”
Step 5: For the Link Settings, select “
Anyone
” and then select “
Apply
”
Step 6: The
green checkmark
means the link has been copied.
Step 7: In D2L, select the “
Insert Quicklink
” icon and select “
URL
”
Step 8: Paste the URL address into the
URL
field, add a
Title
, and select “
New Window
” and then “
Insert
”
