Allow Pop-ups for Specific Websites
If you need to allow pop-ups for a specific website, use the instructions below to adjust your browser settings.
If the instructions below do not resolve your issue, a third-party pop-up blocker may be in use. A potential workaround is to hold down the CTRL or Shift key on your keyboard, and then attempt to open the specific page.
Google Chrome
1. Open the Chrome menu at the top right.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Privacy and Security in the left side menu.
4. Select Site Settings.
5. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
6. Select Add next to Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects.
7. Input the specific page URL and select Add.
Firefox
1. From the Firefox menu, select Preferences.
2. Select Privacy & Security from the left-side menu.
3. Under Permissions, select Exceptions next to Block pop-up windows.
4. Input the specific page URL.
5. Select Save Changes.
Safari
1. From the Safari menu, select Preferences.
2. Select Pop-up Windows from the left side menu.
3. From the when visiting other websites drop-down menu, select Allow to allow all pop-ups from all websites.
4. Alternatively, you can select Block and Notify to receive a notification whenever a pop-up has been blocked. From there, you'll have the option to allow exceptions as needed.
Edge
1. Open the main menu at the top right of the window.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Cookies and site permissions.
4. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
5. Next to Allow, select Add.
6. Enter the specific page URL.
7. Click Add.
Clear Your Web Browser History (Cache & Cookies)
Google Chrome
1. Enter the following in your address bar: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
2. Select the following options:
● Cookies and other site data
● Cached images and files
3. Choose All Time from the drop-down menu labeled Time range
4. Click Clear data
5. Quit Chrome and re-launch the browser.
Firefox
1. Enter the following into your address bar: about:preferences#privacy
2. Scroll down to the History section.
3. Click Clear History.
4. Set the Time range to clear drop-down menu option to Everything.
5. Select the Cookies and Cache options.
6. Select Clear now.
7. Quit Firefox and re-launch the browser.
Microsoft Edge
1. Click the three dots in the upper right corner
2. Click History.
3. Select Clear History.
4. Select these options:
● Cookies and saved website data
● Cached data and files
5. Click Clear.
6. Quit Edge and re-launch the browser.
Microsoft Edge (Chromium based)
1. Enter the following in your address bar: edge://settings/clearBrowserData
2. Select the following options:
● Cookies and other site data
● Cached images and files
3. Choose All Time from the drop-down menu labeled Time range.
4. Click Clear now.
5. Quit Edge and re-launch the browser.
Safari
1. Select Clear History... from the Safari menu.
2. Select All History from the drop-down list and click Clear History.
3. Quit Safari and re-launch the browser.
