Students using Chromebooks with Respondus Lockdown Browser

Respondus Lockdown Admin Dashboard has the "Allow access to LockDown Browser for Chromebook" set to Yes for Normandale. In this case, instructors no longer need to configure a Respondus quiz to allow Chromebooks. Instead, students should be able to use the LockDown Browser installation link on their Chromebook device when taking a Brightspace quiz that are requires the LockDown Browser.

Here's additional information for how students can enable the LockDown Browser Chromebook extension on their device:
"To install the new extension to a student-owned Chromebook, students will need to use the regular LockDown Browser installation link for your school (they will NOT be able to search for the app directly from the Chrome web store.) The LockDown Browser installation link will direct students to the Chrome web store, at which point they should select “Add to Chrome” to install the LockDown Browser Extension."
