Open Shared Mailbox In A Separate Browser Window

Outlook on the web

Use this method if you want to view the email for a shared mailbox in its own browser window.

1. Sign in to your account in Outlook on the web, by opening Chrome and signing into https://www.office.com  with your StarID@minnstate.edu  and password
2. On the Outlook on the web navigation bar, select your name in the upper right corner.
3. Choose Open another mailbox
4. Enter the email address of the shared mailbox that you want to access and select Open.

Another Outlook on the web session opens in a separate window, allowing access to the shared mailbox.
