1. Create an Account
   1. Click on the link above, enter your name, email and a user password
   2. A confirmation email will be sent to your email
   3. Click on the link in the email to activate your account
   4. Answer three security questions
   5. SAVE
   6. A message will appear indicating that the activation was successful.
2. Log In
   1. Click LOGIN and enter your email address and password you entered when you created your account.
   2. Enter your STAR ID (referred to as identification code) and Normandale email address. (xxxxxx.xxxxxx@my.normandale.edu for students; or xxxxxx.xxxxx@normandale.edu for employees).
   3. Click SUBMIT.
3. Customize
   1. Import additional contact information such as home phone, cell phone, and alternate email address.
   2. Indicate how you would like to be notified – text, call or email or all three.
