You can print from a personal device anywhere on campus with PaperCut on the Web. These instructions will show you how to access, submit and print using the PaperCut system.
- First make sure the device you want to print from is connected to Ndale-WiFi or Eduroam (*If you aren’t connected to either of these Wi-Fi networks you will have issues accessing the page)
- Then turn off any third-party Virtual Private Network (VPN) software such as NordVPN, Express VPN, Proton VPN, etc this
excludes Normandale AOVPN User Tunnel (*If you are using any of the above VPN solutions excluding Normandale AOVPN User Tunnel you will have issues accessing the local network PaperCut system.)
- Go to https://papercut.normandale.edu/
- Sign in using your StarID and most recent StarID password
- Once on the PaperCut dashboard navigate to the side bar and select Web Print > Submit a Job
- Then type the amount of copies you want (1 is the default) then select the green button labeled “3. Upload Documents”
- Either select the button labeled Upload From Computer or drag and drop your documents over the Drag Files Here label
- Wait until your document’s status says “Held in queue” in green text (*This process can take up to
10 min to compete. If you need to print faster please use a Normandale Public Computer.)
- Go to any printer and swipe your Normandale Student ID Card to release your document
