Checking grades for a withdrawn or unenrolled student

If a student is unenrolled from D2L, AND they have completed graded items, you can access those graded items by following the steps below.

1. Go to Communications > Classlist

2. Select the grey "Enrollment Statistics" button

3. Scroll down to the "Withdrawals" section

4. Select the drop-down arrow next to the student's name and select "View grades"

5. You will see an icon for activities that were submitted by the student

How can I see additional student info from "Class Progress?"

If you need more data than the "View Grades" option can provide, you will need to request help from the D2L Administrator to access the student's "Class Progress." This process is outlined in this article: Minn State D2L Knowledge Article #1375
