Overview

Digital accessibility is a shared responsibility and an essential part of creating an inclusive experience for students, employees, and our community. Use this page to find training, practical tools, accessibility guidance, and support as we all work toward the required ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance by April 26, 2027. Every employee is expected to make good-faith efforts to create accessible content and remediate existing digital materials.

This standard applies to all digital materials including, PDFs and Word documents, digital forms and spreadsheets, emails, presentations, videos, classroom materials, handouts, videos, and online courses, web pages and online tools, images, graphics, and media.

These requirements apply to public‑facing, internal, and student‑facing content alike.

YuJa Panorama

YuJa Panorama is designed to support instructors in creating more accessible course content in D2L. The tool automatically scans course materials, identifies potential accessibility issues, and provides recommendations to help address them. Accessibility reports are only visible to the course instructor and are intended to support your ongoing accessibility efforts.
