Yes, we encourage you to sign up for the Nelnet payment plan, in eServices before the 25th business day of the term. By signing up early (before the semester begins) you can make several smaller payments and the payments occur automatically each month. A one time $25 fee is charged when you sign up for the Nelnet payment plan. Students who make the minimum $300 payment to hold their classes, will need to pay the total amount due by the 25th day of the term AND if, they sign up for the payment plan at a later date, they will need to make another down payment. Students who initially sign up for the Nelnet payment plan will make one down payment and will make equal payments throughout the semester. No late fee will be charged to the students who sign up for the Nelnet payment plan, unless their payment plan is terminated for non-payment.
