Why do I have a late fee on my account?

All account balances must be paid in full by the 25th business day of each semester—unless you’ve signed up for a payment plan or are expecting funding from another source, like an employer.

If you’re receiving funding from a third party, you’ll need to provide proof each semester to avoid a late fee.

We’ll send reminders to your Normandale email before a $25 late fee is added to your account. Be sure to check your email for these notices!
