When Can I Register for Classes?

• It depends on your status at Normandale: whether you’re a new student, a returning student, or just taking a few classes.

• New students:

  • You’ll register for classes during New Student Orientation.

  • Steps include:

    1. Complete the online orientation modules in Desire to Learn (D2L).

    2. Attend an on-campus registration session or schedule a virtual one-on-one appointment with an academic advisor.

    3. Select your classes and get help building a schedule that works for you.

• Returning students or those taking only a few classes:
