What is a Student Email Account?
Your Normandale student email is the primary way the college communicates with you. This is where you’ll receive important updates from:

Records and Registration

Other college offices
It’s important to check your Normandale email regularly (at least three times per week) so you don’t miss key information.
A few things to know:

Once you begin at Normandale, the college will no longer send personal information to your non-Normandale email account.

This is to protect your privacy under FERPA and to make sure all sensitive communication is secure.

You can forward your Normandale email to a personal account if you prefer, but official messages will always be sent to your student account first.
