Updating Your Address, Phone Number, or Other Personal Information

To update any personal information on your student account, including mailing address, phone number, personal email, legal name, or Social Security number, you need to complete the Change of Information eForm.

How to Access the Form:

1. Go to www.normandale.edu.

2. Click the magnifying glass in the top right corner.

3. Type FORMS and press search.

4. Select Official Forms from the results.

5. Scroll to Records and Registration Forms.

6. Locate and select Change of Information.

Important Notes:

• Some changes require documentation:

  • Legal name changes require a valid ID or legal document.

  • Social Security number changes require a copy of your SSN card.

• Once submitted, the form will be processed by the Records Office in 3-5 business days
