How will my credits transfer?

Each college or university decides how it will accept transfer credits. This means that it is important that you meet with your academic advisor early to discuss your transfer plans. It is important to know where you are planning to transfer to help that planning conversation.  

Most majors will require specific prerequisite courses to be completed before you transfer.  

• To plan effectively: 

• Meet with a Normandale advisor. 

• Review the transfer college’s catalog. 

• Speak with a representative from the college you plan to transfer to. 

Your transfer school is also going to request a official transcript from Normandale. You have to purchase that through www.getmytranscript.com and send it to that school.
