How can I get assistance logging into the eServices page?

How to Access eServices

• Go to normandale.edu.

• In the top right corner, click Login.

• From the dropdown menu, select eServices.

• Log in using your StarID and StarID password.

If You Can’t Log In

1. Reset your StarID password

   • Go to the StarID Self-Service page.

   • Choose “Reset Password” and follow the prompts.

   • Expired or forgotten passwords are the most common login issue.

2. If resetting doesn’t work

   • Contact the IT Help Desk at 952-358-8181.

   • Or stop by the IT Help Desk on campus for in-person support.
