Steps to Apply for PSEO at Normandale

If you are new to Normandale, follow these steps to complete your PSEO application. The Admissions team is here to support you through each step.

  1. Submit your application online.

  2. Work with your high school counselor to:

    • Complete the Minnesota Department of Education PSEO Notice of Student Registration (MDE PSEO NOSR) form.

    • Get a copy of your high school transcript showing your grade level and cumulative GPA.

    • Test scores may also be requested to determine eligibility.

  3. Check your form. Use this guide to make sure your MDE PSEO NOSR form is filled out correctly.

  4. Upload your documents. Submit your MDE PSEO NOSR form and your high school transcript using the PSEO admission document submitter.

    • If someone submits documents on your behalf, make sure they use your personal information so that you receive updates.

  5. Troubleshooting tips:

    • Try using a different web browser or device.

    • Double-check your attachments: use PDF format, keep file names short, and ensure documents are under 10 MB.

  6. If you have already been admitted for PSEO or Concurrent Enrollment:

    • You do not need to re-apply. Instead, upload your updated MDE PSEO NOSR form and transcript using the PSEO admission document submitter.
