How to apply for PSEO at Normandale

Step 1.  Submit your application online by the deadline 

Step 2. Upload required application materials to the PSEO Document Submitter by the deadline: 

• high school transcript with your grade level and cumulative GPA  

• Minnesota Department of Education PSEO Notice of Student Registrations (MDE PSEO NOSR) form.  Follow this guide for help 

Step 3.  Watch for a Confirmation Email 

• Check your email for your admissions decision and next steps 

• If accepted to the PSEO program, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the 2-Part Orientation 

If you have already been admitted for Concurrent Enrollment: 

• You do not need to re-apply. Instead, upload your updated MDE PSEO NOSR form and transcript using the PSEO Admissions Document Submitter.  

If you are already enrolled at Normandale for PSEO courses: 

• Submit your updated MDE PSEO NOSR form to studentservices@normandale.edu
