To get a student ID card you must be admitted and enrolled at Normandale. Bring the following items to ID Card Services, at the Kopp Central Desk in the Kopp Student Center:
- Your Tech ID Number: When you applied, this number was sent to you in a letter and/or the email address provided during acceptance to the college. If you no longer have it, request an unofficial transcript or login to E-services with your Star ID and password and your TechID will be in the top right corner.
- A Photo ID: You’ll need to show a photo ID, for example a driver's license, state ID, passport, etc. See Acceptable Forms of Government Identification.
You will use the card throughout your entire academic career at Normandale, so treat it well! Your first ID card will be issued for free. Replacement cards cost $10/card.

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
Saturday/Sunday: Closed
The office is also closed on academic holidays.
