How to log into your Desk Phone (VVX, old-style phones)

Below are the instructions on how to log into your desk phone. Please click Sign Out on the phone if it is not signed out.

1. Choose Sign In
   
    
2. Highlight Web Sign-in, then choose Select
   
    
3. You will see a code and web link display on the phone's screen
   
    
4. On your computer, open a browser. Go to http://aka.ms/sphone
   
    
5. Enter the code from the desk phone's screen. This code is unique for each phone.
    
6. Pick an account or enter your StarID@minnstate.edu. Make sure you pick your StarID@minnstate.edu account
   
    
7. Your phone is now authenticated and ready to use.
