SPSS Virtual Classroom - Set up OneDrive

Adding your OneDrive to the SPSS Virtual Classroom is a one-time setup. Once OneDrive is added you will not need to add the OneDrive folder again on future sessions.

Your OneDrive folder is added in the SPSS Virtual Classroom as a folder and it is accessible in each app, just like any other Windows folder. All changes to this folder will be synchronized with your online OneDrive folder continuously.

To set up your OneDrive:

  1. Log into SPSS Online and click on the SPSS Statistics icon
  2. Click on the My Files icon

     
  3. Click Add Storage

     
  4. Click OneDrive and choose your account domain from the list.

     
  5. Log in with your MinnState credentials:
    1. Students: StarID@go.minnstate.edu
    2. Faculty: StarID@minnstate.edu

  6. Click Accept to give the SPSS Virtual Classroom access to account information for authentication purposes, as well as access to the storage for application support. This is required for OneDrive to work in the SPSS Virtual Classroom.

     
  7. Confirm that OneDrive is listed as a folder in My Files.
  8. Launch SPSS and verify you can browse to your OneDrive folder when opening and saving files.
  9. Done. You can now use your OneDrive folder just like any other folder in the SPSS Virtual Classoom.
