Service Description

Do you need to add a user OR make a change to a use's role in a D2L Brightspace course or non-shell?  

Standard Features

Question: Why would I want to add or change a user's role in a D2L Brightspace course or shell?

  1. If you need student(s) who received an incomplete in a course to be able to access the course for a specific time period.  
  2. If you need student leaders, staff assistants, Librarian to have access to active credit course(s) to assist the instructor and/or students.
  3. If you have a non-credit D2L shell (ex. Dept, Club, etc.) and you need an instructor, staff to have access.

Additional notes:

  • Submit a separate form for each user request and fill out all required information.
