Do you need to add a user OR make a change to a use's role in
a D2L Brightspace course or non-shell?
Standard Features
Question:
Why would I want to add or change a user's role in a D2L Brightspace course or shell?
If you need student(s) who received an incomplete in a course to be able to access the course for a specific time period.
If you need student leaders, staff assistants, Librarian to have access to active credit course(s) to assist the instructor and/or students.
If you have a non-credit D2L shell (ex. Dept, Club, etc.) and you need an instructor, staff to have access.
Additional notes:
Submit a separate form for each user request and fill out all required information.
How to Request
Click the red "D2L User Access (Add or Remove) Request Form" button and complete the request form.
