Feature Descriptions

Print in Color

  • The Ricoh 8410s prints in black and white only. It’s perfect for fast and affordable jobs like worksheets, packets, or text-heavy documents.
  • The Ricoh C5300s prints in full color and black & white, making it great for brochures, flyers, posters, or any materials where color makes a difference.

Paper Size

  • The 8410s can handle paper sizes up to 12 x 18 inches.
  • The C5300s goes even larger, up to 13 x 19 inches—ideal for posters, folded booklets, or special layouts.

Paper Weight

  • Both machines can print on thick paper.
  • The 8410s supports paper up to 350 gsm.
  • The C5300s handles slightly heavier paper—up to 360 gsm. These weights are great for covers, postcards, or certificates.

Special Paper Types
