Copy Center: More Than Course Materials

While the Copy Center is widely used for printing course materials such as syllabi and handouts, we offer a broad range of print and finishing services to support many types of projects for faculty and staff.

Printing Services

  • Black & White and Color Printing: From simple documents to high-quality color materials.
  • Large Volume Printing: Bulk orders of any size, including multi-page documents.
  • Specialty Paper: Variety of paper sizes and types available on request.

Finishing Services

  • Stapling and Collating: Organize pages and sets efficiently.
  • Hole Punching: For easy filing and binders.
  • Cutting and Folding: Custom trimming and folding options, including tri-folds and half-folds.
  • Laminating: Protect important documents and create durable materials.

Types of Projects Supported

Beyond course syllabi and handouts, the Copy Center supports:

  • Training manuals and workshop materials
  • Exams, quizzes, and testing materials
  • Event programs, flyers, and posters (Note: large-format posters are handled by Marketing)
  • Mass mailings and informational letters
  • Patient forms and clinic informational packets
  • Special print requests requiring advanced finishing or custom handling

What We Don't Do

  • Large-format poster printing (handled by Marketing)
  • Business cards and specialty items printed externally
  • Graphic design or layout services (please submit print-ready files)

Planning Your Project

  • Submit your requests well in advance to allow time for printing and finishing.
  • Large or complex jobs may require 5–10 business days.
  • Contact us early to discuss special requirements or questions.
