In order to reset your password, please visit StarID Self Service and click Reset my Password.
My New StarID Password Doesn't Work
If you reset your StarID password, you will need to wait 5-10 minutes after you reset your password for your new password to sync with all your Normandale accounts.
When does my StarID password expire?
Your StarID password expires every 180 days.
