Endpoint Device Management

A technology asset is defined as any hardware, software, or digital resource that is owned, managed, or utilized by an organization to support its operational functions, service delivery, or strategic objectives. These assets are systematically tracked for purposes of inventory control, maintenance, security, and financial accountability.

Endpoint Technology Asset Inventory Verification

Normandale Community College follows Minnesota State Procedure 7.3.6 to ensure proper management of institutional assets. The policy requires annual physical inventory for capital assets valued at $10,000 or more and a three-year cycle for other technology assets.
