Normandale Community College provides student computers and printers around campus. The majority of the computers are located in the two computer labs.
The PMO provides a consistent and comprehensible approach to managing IT projects resulting in greater efficiency and project success. The PMO serves to enhance the ability of the IT department to consistently deliver successful, quality solutions and services to faculty, staff and students of Normandale Community College.
Service offerings related to accessing accounts. StarID, Password Reset, Name Change, Temporary & Guest Accounts, Account Provision; Account Deprovisioning.
Full-service media and document production, including video, captioning, printing, and finishing services for academic and administrative needs.
Before faculty leave for the summer, please take a moment to make sure that the software you need is installed on the appropriate classroom, lab computers, and/or remotely accessible. We will be doing a refresh of our software this summer, as we do every year.

Power BI is a business analytics service by Microsoft. It aims to provide interactive visualizations and business intelligence capabilities with an interface simple enough for end users to create their own reports and dashboards.
Help with Workday technical issues not specific to HR or Finance
Requests for new application development or changes to existing applications developed by IT Application Development Team.
Support for online, hybrid, and technology-enhanced teaching through academic software platforms, engagement tools, and ADA-compliant instructional resources.
Management of AV upgrades, immersive technology pilots, and long-term infrastructure improvements to support evolving campus technology needs.
Normandale provides laptops to College faculty and staff based on needs and available funds.
